Our commitment

• Trexinet does not send unsolicited bulk email.
• Trexinet does not advertise trexinet.com or any of its pages through unsolicited email, and does not use affiliates, resellers or other third parties to do so on our behalf.
• We do not buy, rent or share email lists for marketing to the public.

How we contact people

• Any business email we send is individually addressed to a person in a role relevant to our services, and is sent from a real mailbox on a domain we control.
• Every message identifies Trexinet as the sender and includes a working way to opt out.
• We honor every opt-out or "do not contact" request within 2 business days and do not contact that address again.

Reporting abuse

If you received an email that you believe was sent by Trexinet in violation of this policy, or that uses our name or domain without permission, email abuse@trexinet.com. Include the full message with headers if you can. We review every report and reply within 2 business days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
