PhantomBuster costs $69, $159 or $439 a month billed monthly for its Start, Grow and Scale plans, as listed on PhantomBuster's pricing page on October 8, 2026. How much does PhantomBuster cost in 2026?
PhantomBuster has three paid plans, as listed on PhantomBuster's pricing page on October 8, 2026. Start is $69 a month billed monthly, Grow is $159 and Scale is $439. Billed annually, the same plans work out to $56, $128 and $352 a month. There is also a 14-day free trial with no credit card.
The page opens on the annual view, with a "Save 20%!" label. That means the first numbers most people see are the lower annual rates. If you plan to pay month to month, switch the toggle to Monthly before you compare. Prices change, so confirm them on PhantomBuster's site before you buy.
Every plan, including the trial, comes with unlimited users, an MCP server for Claude and ChatGPT, data extraction from 15+ platforms, LinkedIn and Sales Navigator tools, LinkedIn outreach campaigns and the option to connect multiple LinkedIn accounts. What changes between plans is capacity: slots, execution time and credits.

- AI credits: 1k on the trial, 10k a month on Start, 30k on Grow and 90k on Scale.
- URL finder credits: 100 a month on the trial, 1k on Start, 10k on Grow and 20k on Scale.
- Exports: the trial is limited to 10 rows. Paid plans have unlimited exports.

See GTM engineeringMonthly or annual billing: what is the real difference?
Over a year, paying monthly costs more. Start billed monthly for twelve months is $828, against $672 on the annual plan, a gap of $156. Grow is $1,908 against $1,536, a gap of $372. Scale is $5,268 against $4,224, a gap of $1,044. These are our own sums from the listed prices.
Annual plans are charged once per year, and monthly plans are charged at the start of each billing cycle. PhantomBuster says you can cancel anytime and the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. So the annual discount is real, but you pay for twelve months up front.
Our advice is simple. Start monthly. Run your real workflows for a month or two. Once you know which plan you actually need, switch to annual if the numbers hold.
What are slots, execution hours and credits?
PhantomBuster's building block is the Phantom. Each Phantom does one task, such as extracting LinkedIn profiles, finding an email for a contact or exporting results to your CRM. Workflows are ready-made chains of Phantoms. The pricing is built around how many Phantoms you run and for how long.
- Slots: how many Phantoms can run at the same time. Start and the trial give you 5, Grow gives 15 and Scale gives 50. If you want several workflows running side by side, slots are often the first limit you hit.
- Execution time: the total time your Phantoms can run each month. It is used only while a Phantom is actively working, not while it waits.
- Email credits: used when PhantomBuster enriches a profile with an email address. They are separate from execution time, so a run can use both.
- AI credits and URL finder credits: separate budgets for AI steps and for finding profile or company URLs. Check which ones your planned workflows use.
- Cloud runs: Phantoms run in the cloud, so you do not need to keep your browser open.
What happens when you run out of execution time?
Your Phantoms pause. They stay paused until your execution time resets at the start of the next cycle, or until you upgrade. PhantomBuster's FAQ says "No overage charges are applied automatically." That is good for budgets, because there is no surprise bill. It is bad for timing, because a campaign can stop halfway through the month.
To avoid that, estimate before you pick a plan. Run each workflow once on the trial, note how long it takes, and multiply by how often you will run it each month. Add a buffer for retries and failed runs. If the total is close to your plan's hours, size up, or run the heavy jobs less often.
Credits work the same way in practice. If you run out of email credits, enrichment steps stop working until the next cycle, even if you still have hours left.
Which PhantomBuster plan fits which team?
Match the plan to the work, not the label. Start fits one person running a few lead lists a month from LinkedIn or Sales Navigator, with modest email lookups. Grow fits a small team running several workflows at once, where 15 slots and 2,500 email credits a month give room to breathe. Scale fits teams that run many workflows in parallel or need 10,000 email lookups a month.
Users are unlimited on every plan, so team size alone does not push you up a tier. Slots, hours and credits do. Before you upgrade, check which of the three you are actually running out of. If only email credits are short, a separate enrichment tool may cost less than a bigger plan. Our guide to waterfall enrichment explains how teams combine several data sources and verify the result.
Is it safe to use PhantomBuster with your LinkedIn account?
Treat any LinkedIn tool with care. LinkedIn's own terms restrict automated access to its site, and the risk to your account sits with you, not with the tool you use. That applies to every tool in this category, not only PhantomBuster.
PhantomBuster says it only works with publicly available data accessed through your own accounts, and that it does not sell data. Sensible habits help: keep daily volumes modest, avoid running many tasks on one account at once, and use the account of the person who will actually follow up. Read LinkedIn's terms yourself and decide what level of risk your team accepts.
PhantomBuster or a dedicated LinkedIn outreach tool?
PhantomBuster is broad. It extracts data, enriches it and runs outreach, across LinkedIn and 15+ other platforms. Tools built only for LinkedIn outreach, such as HeyReach, focus on sending from many accounts at once. Our HeyReach vs PhantomBuster comparison covers when each one fits.
Whichever you pick, the tool is one layer of a larger system. You still need a clear customer profile, verified emails, a sending setup that protects your domains, and a way to handle replies.
When does it make sense to have someone run it for you?
PhantomBuster is easy to start and harder to run well. Someone has to build the workflows, watch the hours and credits, check the data and turn it into outreach that gets replies. For a small team, that is often the real cost.
Trexinet runs this as a managed program for B2B companies. We build verified lists, run sequences from warmed sending infrastructure and triage replies. AI does the research and drafting, and a person approves every send. If you want to see how that would look for your business, ask for a free 30-day pipeline plan.

Frequently asked questions
Does PhantomBuster have a free plan?
PhantomBuster offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card, as listed on its pricing page on October 8, 2026. The trial includes 5 slots, 2 hours of execution time, 50 email credits and 1k AI credits. Exports are limited to 10 rows. After the trial you need a paid plan.
How much is PhantomBuster per month?
Billed monthly, Start is $69 a month, Grow is $159 and Scale is $439, as listed on October 8, 2026. Billed annually, they are $56, $128 and $352 a month, paid as $672, $1,536 and $4,224 a year. Confirm current prices on PhantomBuster's site before buying.
Does PhantomBuster charge overage fees?
No, not by default. PhantomBuster's FAQ says it does not add overage charges on its own. When you use up your execution time, your Phantoms pause until the time resets at the next cycle or until you upgrade. Plan your hours ahead so campaigns do not stop mid-month.
Are PhantomBuster email credits part of execution time?
No. Email credits are a separate budget. They are used when PhantomBuster enriches a profile with an email address. A single run can use both execution time and email credits, so check both limits when you estimate which plan you need.
Can I cancel PhantomBuster anytime?
Yes. PhantomBuster says you can cancel anytime and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Monthly plans are charged at the start of each billing cycle. Annual plans are charged once per year, so you pay for the full year up front.
